Heroes Hub Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
Heroes Hub is operated by M3 Partners Limited (company number 10242333), registered office Hive 365, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire, SK9 3HP ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to your Heroes Hub account and to your use of every service in the Heroes Hub family.
2. The Heroes Hub family of services
Your single Heroes Hub account gives you access to:
- Heroes Hub (heroeshub.uk.com), the main community and services hub
- Heroes Legal Help (heroeslegalhelp.org), a veteran-focused legal referral service
- The Heroes Hub calculator (calculator.heroeshub.uk.com)
- Heroes Academy, our free veteran financial and wellbeing education platform
- Heroes Hearing Academy and other course platforms in the Heroes Hub family
- Jobs4Heroes and HireHub, our veteran employment and employer portal, operated by M3 Partners Limited on behalf of Tiger Global
We may add, remove, or change services in the family from time to time. Not every service requires an account, but where sign-up is available, one Heroes Hub username and password works across all of them.
3. Your Heroes Hub account
3.1 You must provide accurate information when you create your account and keep it up to date.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.
3.3 You must be 18 or over to create a Heroes Hub account. Our services are not designed for, and we do not knowingly collect account data from, anyone under 18.
3.4 One account gives you access to whichever services you choose to use. Using one service does not automatically enrol you in another; where a service involves sharing further information with a third party (see clause 5), we will ask you separately before doing so.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- provide false or misleading information when using any Heroes Hub service, including misrepresenting your age or eligibility
- use the account of another person without permission
- use the services for any unlawful purpose
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the services
- misuse the community, support, or discussion features of any Heroes Hub property to harass, abuse, or mislead other users
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.
5. Heroes Legal Help and personal injury claims marketing
5.1 Heroes Legal Help connects veterans with a panel of independent solicitors and legal service providers. We are a marketing service. We are not a law firm and we do not handle, advise on, or conduct any claim ourselves.
5.2 Where you submit an enquiry through Heroes Legal Help, we will pass your details to a solicitor or firm from our panel best placed to assist with your matter, with your consent given at the point of enquiry.
5.3 Financial interest disclosure: firms on our panel pay us a fixed marketing fee for the promotion of their services. This fee is agreed in advance, does not vary according to the number of enquiries we pass on or the outcome of any case, and is not a payment for the referral of your individual claim. We will tell you before your details are shared which firm will be handling your enquiry.
5.4 Any agreement you enter into for legal services is between you and the solicitor or firm concerned. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for the advice or service they provide.
6. Intellectual property
All content on Heroes Hub properties, including text, course materials, branding, and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Availability and changes to the services
We aim to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the services, including course content, tools, or the calculator, at any time.
8. Liability
8.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
8.2 Course content, tools such as the calculator, and general information across Heroes Hub properties are provided for information and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on anything you read or use on our services.
8.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a third-party solicitor, firm, or employer sourced through Heroes Legal Help or Jobs4Heroes.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, or restrict access to any service, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, provided false information, or used the services in a way that could harm us, other users, or a third party we work with.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us at hero@heroeshub.uk.com.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
